Agencies can submit refund requests and lost ticket applications online at www.aa.com/refunds. Requests will be accepted for any American, American Eagle or AmericanConnection® paper or electronic tickets that are less than 13 months old.
Agencies and customers can also immediately check the status of their refund request.
All eligible refund requests and lost ticket applications will be accepted online but some may require manual review before processing is completed.
